Rates & Policies

Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change.

Each additional person is $10 per night. Children under 2 stay free of charge.

Queen beds, double beds, hide-a-beds and double futons each sleep two people. Twin beds and twin futons sleep 1 person.

Pets are welcome at a fee of $10 per pet, per night.
Maximum of 2 pets per unit.

Anchorage Cottages is a non-smoking establishment.

Two night minimum stay applies June 1 through September 15. May also apply to certain weekends or holidays.

Reservations must be made via telephone: 1 (800) 646-2351. For security reasons, please do NOT email credit card information.

Dirty dishes fee: $25

Cancellation Policy:

Off-Season: Cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to arrival. Should your stay include a major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), 30 days is required for cancellation.

Peak Season: Cancellations may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival.

Should you need to cancel your reservation without giving appropriate notice as outlined above, you will incur the rental fee for one night. Should we be able to rent the unit we've held for you, your cancellation fee will be just $25.
